Job summary

Therapy Smarts, Inc is seeking a leader and an experienced Behavior Analyst to join our ABA program in an established multi-disciplinary clinic. You will build and oversee intervention design for young children and adolescents, supervise the Autism Service Team, and foster a positive, collaborative culture while ensuring high quality service delivery.

This hybrid position offers three days in clinic and two remote after three months, with competitive earnings, monthly incentives, PTO, holidays,

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years ABA experience with intervention development for children and adolescents.
  • Must hold NC Behavior Analyst licensure (NCBALB).
  • Must be a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA).
  • 1 year BT/RBT supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and supporting a team in intensive treatment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and design a comprehensive ABA and parent training program for young children and adolescents.
  • Oversee clinic operations to ensure efficacy and efficiency of service delivery.
  • Foster a positive team culture and support agency morale.
  • Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including performance plans and evaluations.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of ABA, including comprehensive intervention development and implementation for children and adolescents, required
  • Must have obtained a professional license from the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board (NCBALB)
  • Must be a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA)
  • 1 Year with BT or RBT supervisory experience, preferred
  • Experienced in training, mentoring, and supporting a team in an intensive treatment environment is preferred

Essential Job Functions

  • Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including establishing performance expectations, developing supervision plans, conducting performance evaluations, and monitoring program progress and productivity.
