Job summary

Therapy Smarts, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) to join our growing team in a full-time capacity.

The role focuses on building comprehensive ABA and parent training programs for children and adolescents, while overseeing clinic operations to ensure high-quality service delivery. The candidate should have a BCBA or QBA certification with at least 5 years post-cert experience and at least 2 years supervising ABA technicians.

Qualifications

  • BCBA or QBA certification is required with at least 5 years of post-certification experience.
  • Minimum 2 years supervising ABA technicians (BTs, ABATs, and RBTs).
  • Experience in training, mentoring and supporting a team in an intensive treatment environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and design a comprehensive ABA and parent training program for young children and adolescents.
  • Help oversee clinic operations to ensure efficacy and efficiency of all aspects of service delivery.
  • Foster a positive team culture and support agency culture/morale.
  • Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including establishing performance expectations and supervision plans, conducting evaluations, and monitoring progress.
  • Collaborate with other team members.
