Job summary

Therapy Smarts, Inc. in North Carolina seeks a dedicated and innovative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) to join the team in a full-time capacity.

The role centers on building ABA programs, supervising staff, and advancing client outcomes in a supportive clinical setting. The ideal candidate has 5+ years post-certification experience, at least 2 years of supervisory experience with ABA technicians, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

  • Certified BCBA or QBA with 5+ years post-certification experience.
  • At least 2 years supervising ABA techs (BTs, ABATs, RBTs).
  • Experience training, mentoring and supporting a team in an intensive treatment environment preferred.
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative, problem-solver, efficient and results-driven.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive ABA and parent training program for children and adolescents.
  • Oversee clinic operations to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Foster a positive team culture and support agency morale.
  • Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, set performance expectations and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with other team members.

Essential Job Functions
