Job summary

Graton Resort & Casino is seeking a QSR Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our Quick Service Restaurant outlets, ensuring fast, friendly service and high-quality food delivery. You will assist supervising team members, coordinate staffing, and maintain product availability while upholding cleanliness and safety standards.

You will collaborate with the QSR Manager and tenant partners, respond to guest concerns professionally, and help drive service, efficiency, and profitability in line

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Minimum 3 years of restaurant experience, preferably in a food court or quick service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle a flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays, and all shifts.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess or obtain a California Food Handler Certification.

Responsibilities

• Execute all Food Operation Department responsibilities by enforcing policies and procedures per the union contract.
• Lead and manage all restaurant operations to ensure consistent excellence in service.
• Train and develop staff to uphold service standards and foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle guest relations with discretion and professionalism, resolving issues promptly and graciously.
• Oversee staff scheduling and station assignments, ensuring optimal floor coverage and operational flow while complying with Union agreements.
• Assist in managing tenant partners, ensuring open communication and timely resolution of concerns.
• Duties may be changed, expanded, reduced, or delegated to meet business needs.
