Job summary

Graton Resort & Casino seeks an Internal Maintenance Shift Manager to lead the shift, drive maintenance operations, and uphold Graton appearance standards for all public and back-of-house areas.

The role requires a strong focus on guest service, team leadership, scheduling, and safety compliance. You will coordinate with other departments and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality cleaning and maintenance across the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of managerial/supervisory experience in cleaning or janitorial services.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the shift.
• Lead Internal Maintenance Supervisors and Team Members.
• Schedule contracted deep cleaning across property.
• Ensure cleanliness and guest service standards are met.
• Coordinate with other departments and vendors.
• Maintain safety procedures and incident follow-up.
