Job summary

Fair Oaks Farms is seeking a Say Cheese Supervisor to lead daily operations on assigned shifts, ensuring accurate orders, high food quality and a welcoming guest experience. You will direct shift leads, reinforce safety standards and communicate staffing and inventory concerns to the Assistant Manager.

This full-time, non-exempt position requires strong leadership, customer service skills and experience in a fast-paced setting, with weekend/holiday availability and physical stamina for standing

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in fast-paced food service or customer service.
• Prior leadership or shift lead experience.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to coach and organize staff under pressure.
• Proficiency with POS, cash handling, and records.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening, service and closing activities using checklists.
• Assign staff to stations and manage coverage during peak periods.
• Monitor service speed, accuracy, prep standards and guest satisfaction.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally within guidelines.
• Enforce food safety and sanitation practices and verify temperatures and dating.
• Maintain inventory records and communicate low stock to management.
• Escalate issues to supervisor or manager as needed.
