GetGo Café + Market in Warrensville Heights, OH, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and uphold Brand standards. You will partner with the management team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain food safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires full-time availability, a valid driver’s license, strong communication, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team.
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations.
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory control records; completes end of shift paperwork.
• Guarantees a safe environment following government laws and safety codes.
• Partners with the RM and ensures financial and operational metrics are met.
