Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months to 1 year of retail and management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic business and customer service principles including planning and organizing, resource management and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and deal with customers effectively.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides and coaches store staff to deliver excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Rings up sales accurately and handles money and other payment methods.
• Oversees shift operations, assigns tasks, and trains employees according to company standards.
• Keeps cash, sales, payroll and inventory records, and assists with daily close-out tasks.
