Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervise the team in RM's absence.
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members and partner with management to uphold standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing fast, friendly service.
• Maintain cleanliness and handle housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Direct team on food prep per Brand, Company, and health rules.
• Complete shift, daily and end-of-period paperwork; manage cash and inventory records.
• Cooperate with RM to meet financial and operational metrics for profitability.
• Support new product training and communicate information to team.
