Applegreen Group in Kennebunk, ME, is seeking a General Manager for a QSR located inside a travel plaza on a major highway. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive profitability, and ensure top-tier food safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in a supervisory QSR role, a flexible on-site schedule (~50 hours/week), and the ability to manage budgets, staffing, and training while upholding brand standards.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisor or unit manager experience in a quick service restaurant.
• Ability to work on-site ~50 hours per week including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift at least 20 pounds.
• Flexible scheduling availability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day activities of QSR associates and managers to meet sales, speed, satisfaction, brand, and food safety targets.
• Maintain budgets, inventory, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Foster engaging work culture with learning, development, and recognition.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team with appropriate staffing levels.
• Hire, coach, train, promote, discipline, terminate, or transfer QSR staff.
• Enforce cash handling policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities & Maintenance.
• Maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and communities.
