Qualifications

• 3+ years of QSR or fast-casual restaurant management experience.
• Proven history of consistent work tenure and reliable leadership.
• Deep understanding of food cost management, labor optimization, and KPIs.
• Hands-on leadership—comfortable working the drive-thru or grill.
• Tech-savvy with POS systems, inventory platforms, and invoice tools.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, actively working the line and serving guests.
• Maintain professional uniform and uphold brand standards.
• Oversee opening, mid-day, and closing operations across all shifts.
• Own the P&L and manage costs, inventory, and waste reduction.
• Build and train a cross-functional team across stations to maximize productivity.
• Drive hospitality and consistency through coaching and feedback.
