Steak ’n Shake is seeking a General Manager for a partnership opportunity in Florida. This full-time role offers a path to ownership through the Franchisee Partner Program and the chance to own the store you build.

You’ll lead from the floor, drive hospitality, manage P&L and costs, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and uphold our brand standards while growing sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GM experience in QSR or fast-casual settings.
• Fluency in P&L management—able to quote food cost, labor %, and trends.
• Hands-on leadership style; comfortable on grill/window as needed.
• Stable work history; we want builders, not job-hoppers.
• Owner mindset: every dollar, guest, and team member matters.

Responsibilities

• Improve people’s lives at the restaurant.
• Deliver gold-standard hospitality to every guest.
• Lead from the floor across production line, drive-through, and dining room.
