Applegreen USA is seeking a General Manager for a QSR located inside a travel plaza on a major highway. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a dedicated team, and drive sales, service speed, customer satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards and food safety.

This role manages budgets, inventory, labor, and profits, recruits and develops staff, enforces policies, resolves issues, collaborates with Brand Partners and support teams, and maintains positive community relationships, all

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years as a supervisor or unit-level manager in a quick service restaurant.
• Flexible on-site schedule, ~50 hours/week including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Able to stand/walk extended periods and lift at least 20 pounds.
• Occasional travel to support other locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of associates and managers to meet sales, speed, satisfaction, and quality goals.
• Maintain budgets, inventory, food/labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
• Ensure brand standards and food safety requirements are met.
• Foster a learning, development, and recognition culture.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong QSR team.
• Hire, coach, train, promote, discipline, and transfer staff as needed.
• Monitor cash handling policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues professionally.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and the community.
