Nbutexas is partnering with a fast-growing QSR franchise group to appoint a hands-on General Manager in a high-volume operation across the Hanover/Gettysburg area. You will own daily restaurant performance, lead a development-focused team, and drive strong financial results.

The role emphasizes culture, adherence to brand standards, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume QSR or fast-paced restaurants.
• Hands-on leadership style with strong operational focus.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance.
• Strong financial acumen and cost-management experience.
• McDonalds experience is a MUST HAVE.
