Qualifications

Ability to read manuals, schematics and diagrams.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair grills, fryers, ovens, soft-serve machines and refrigeration.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues on equipment.
Ensure safety standards and regulations are followed during service.
Keep accurate service records and inventory of parts used.
Respond promptly to emergency repair calls to minimize disruption.
Collaborate with staff and management on equipment concerns.
Provide recommendations for replacement or upgrades when needed.
Stay updated on new equipment technologies and maintenance practices.
Complete and maintain required training certifications.
