Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in fast-food/restaurants preferred.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PM on fryers, grills, HVAC, and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintain building interiors and public-facing areas in good repair.
• Document work using CMMS MaintainX and ensure timekeeping compliance.
