Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the efficiency and profitability of the QSRs
• Oversee daily operations of multiple QSRs within a designated region, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
• Manage and develop a team of managers and employees to achieve business objectives
• Analyze financial performance data and make recommendations to improve profitability
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
• Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies are available at all times
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to managers and employees
• Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
