Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel seeks a QSHE Manager at our Ohio distribution facility to lead quality and safety programs, audits, and continuous improvement efforts. You will train staff, manage documentation, ensure DEI-aligned practices, and collaborate with leadership to uphold high safety standards across operations.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, 4+ years in QA/SHE in warehousing, and willingness to travel up to 15% to adjacent facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
• 4+ years of experience in a position focusing on Quality, Safety and Health, and Environmental in a warehousing or distribution environment.
• 2+ years’ experience using quality systems.
• 1+ years of leadership or training experience.
• 1+ years' experience with heavy industrial equipment such as conveyor & automation systems.
• Willing to travel up to 15% to our Charlotte or Spotswood facilities.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, workplace hazards, and associated controls.
• Knowledge of ISO, Lean, OSHA standards and DOT.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) compliance.
• Related certifications, such as in Safety Management, OSHA, HSE, or HSQE, are a plus

We are looking for a Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QSHE) Manager to handle the implementation, related systems, compliance, audits, and action outcomes for our distribution facility. You will support the implementation, ongoing maintenance of, and compliance with the QSHE-related systems at the site. • Track and validate approved suppliers list through our supplier management tools
• Maintain calibration records, reports, and equipment documentation
• Maintain QSHE training matrix, training records, and certificates
• Host audits conducted by clients, third parties, and government agencies

What we would like you to bring
