Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in Memphis is seeking a Quality Auditor – KN HealthChain to provide real-time quality oversight on the warehouse floor. You will support GxP/GDP compliance, ensure GDP across the facility, maintain training records, and participate in CAPA/Quality Event activities.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm with weekly pay at $19 per hour. You will audit inbound/outbound shipments, handle documentation, and help drive continuous improvement with 5S and other initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution.
  • Knowledge of GxP/GDP standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify process deviations.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WMS systems, and RF scanners.

Responsibilities

  • Observe and audit the movement of all incoming and outgoing goods within warehouse operations.
  • Perform real‑time inbound and outbound shipment audits including receiving, picking, packing, labeling, cold chain handling, and shipping.
  • Identify damaged goods, improper storage conditions, or deviations from SOPs.
  • Conduct order accuracy audits and verify customer‑specific requirements.
  • Ensure Good Documentation Practices (GDP) across the facility.
  • Maintain calibration logs, temperature control records, and equipment documentation.
  • Track, organize, and process GxP training records; maintain training matrices.
  • Coordinate new‑hire orientation and recurrent training with Operations and Quality leadership.
  • Support retraining activities connected to CAPA/Quality Event completion.
  • Conduct internal process and system audits per KN HealthChain requirements.
  • Document audit observations and present findings to management.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA/ Quality Event) efforts.
  • Assist with customer audits, internal assessments, and regulatory inspections.
  • Promote continuous improvement activities including 5S and workflow enhancements.
  • Provide floor‑level quality guidance and compliance support.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs as needed for warehouse audit activities.

The Quality Auditor – KN HealthChain is an operations‑floor‑based role responsible for performing real‑time quality oversight within daily warehouse activities. This position supports GxP/GDP compliance, training, documentation accuracy, and continuous improvement directly on the warehouse floor. Your typical work schedule will be Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm, and will be paid weekly at $19.00 per hour.

What we would like you to bring
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution.

  • Internal auditor certification (ISO 9001, ISO 13485).
  • Experience in temperature‑controlled/cold‑chain logistics.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher.
