Job summary

SPARC is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QP) to join our Family Centered Treatment team in Rockingham, NC. The role requires a minimum of two years of experience working with children and adolescents in mental health and a bachelor’s degree in human services.

Starting salary ranges from $45,000 to $55,000 per year, with incentive bonuses. QMHPs who complete FCT certification within 6 months earn a $1,500 bonus, or $1,000 if completed within a year.

• Minimum 2 years of experience with children/adolescents in mental health.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services (psychology, sociology, or related field).
• FCT experience not required, but may yield a higher starting salary.
