Job summary

Juniper Communities is seeking dedicated care aides for the night shift to support residents with physical care and daily living activities. The role includes medication administration, vital signs checks, and documentation in a senior living setting.

This is a full-time overnight position with a competitive starting pay and benefits. DailyPay and a sign-on bonus are available for qualifying wellness staff hired within the promotional window.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medication Tech Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, transportation, appointments).
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and families.

Role

Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
