Job summary

Juniper Communities is hiring care aides to support residents in a senior living setting. Roles include assisting with meds, daily living activities, and vital signs, with strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Positions include part-time, PRN, and full-time options, with a 3 pm–11 pm shift for full-time staff and a $1,000 sign-on bonus (9/15–10/31/2026); weekend availability is required. DailyPay is available for on-demand pay, with $17–$19 per hour depending on experience and certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medication Tech Certification preferred.
• Willingness to work evening/weekend shifts and provide resident support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, appointments, and meal times.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

$1000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR PT/FT CERTIFIED MED TECHS if hired between 9/15-10/31/2026

Sign on bonus pay out schedule:

• $250 when 30 days is achieved
• $250 when 90 days is achieved
• $500 when 1 year is achieved

Part time or PRN all shifts available, weekend availability required

Full time 3 pm- 11 pm shift-Sign on bonus!

Pay: $17-19 per hour based on experience and certification

Role:

Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
