Job summary

Juniper Communities is hiring care aides to support residents in a senior living setting. The role focuses on safety, engagement, and independence, with responsibilities including medication administration, ADLs, vital sign checks, and clear communication with teammates and families.

Part-time and full-time shifts are available from 2 pm–10 pm or 10 pm–6 am, with weekend availability required and starting pay at $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Required).
• Medication Tech Certification/QMAP (Required).
• CPR certification (Required for overnight shifts).

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hair care, etc.).
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, residents and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
