Job summary

We offer full-time and part-time shifts including 7 am–3 pm, 3 pm–11 pm, and 11 pm–7 am, with starting pay at $17/hour and higher rates for Certified Nursing Assistants and experienced caregivers.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent is required.
• Caregiving experience is preferred (1 year).
• Med Tech Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Role: Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities

Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.

Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.

Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.

Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred) Med Tech Certificate (Preferred)
