Job summary

Coal Creek Post Acute and Assisted Living in Lafayette, CO is hiring a QMAP for PRN shifts. You will administer medications, supervise residents who self-administer, and assist with activities of daily living according to orders.

• Maintain resident records on medication distribution, activities, incidents, and observations.
