Responsibilities

• Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance per provider orders.
• Supervise residents who self-administer medication following guidelines.
• Report changes in residents' condition or behavior to supervisors.
• Maintain resident records on medication distribution, activities, incidents, and observations.
