Job summary

St. Paul’s Assisted Living, part of Trinity Health Senior Communities, seeks a qualified QM A to join our compassionate care team for evening shifts. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and assist with ADLs in a supportive, well-regulated environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy in documentation, adherence to state guidelines, and teamwork with nursing staff to deliver safe, person-centered care for seniors.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a QM A in Indiana (required).
• Experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration practices, resident care standards, and state regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor with a genuine desire to serve the senior community.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
