St. Paul’s Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate QMA to join our healthcare team. The part-time evening shift involves administering medications, monitoring residents, assisting with ADLs, and maintaining accurate records to ensure safe, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a QMA in the state of Indiana (required).
• Experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration practices, resident care standards, and state regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor with a genuine desire to serve the senior community.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
