Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Practice the five rights of medication administration within scope.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medication per policy; chart medications as directed.
