Qualifications

• QMA/CMA certification required by the state.
• Maintain CNA certification in good standing with the state.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record certain prescribed medications under licensed supervision.
• Apply the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medications per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by nursing supervision.
