Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, Lawrenceburg facility is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to assist with administering medications under supervision and support residents with daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) by the state.
• Maintain a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with the state.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under licensed supervision.
• Practice the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medication per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
