Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Ferdinand, IN is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to administer medications and assist residents with daily living. Under the supervision of licensed staff, you will ensure accurate medication handling and support patient care in a long-term care setting.

The role requires state certification as QMA/CMA and CNA in good standing, with 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• QMA/CMA certification required by state; CNA certification in good standing.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under supervision.
• Follow the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medication per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
