Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) at our Goshen, IN location to administer medications as directed by licensed nurses and to assist residents with daily living activities.

You will practice the five rights of medication administration, label and store medications according to policy, and perform charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor. State certification as QMA/CMA and active CNA status are required or in good standing. 0–1 years preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) by the state
• Maintain a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification in good standing

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record medications under licensed nurse supervision
• Follow the five rights of medication administration
• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Label, store, receive, and destroy medications per policy
• Perform medication charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse
