Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Berwyn, PA is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee daily operation of residential homes for adults with IDD and mental health needs. You will supervise staff, ensure quality services, and collaborate with leadership and external providers to implement treatment plans.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Human Services, 3+ years’ relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services.
• At least three (3) years experience working directly with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or TBI.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility to assure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the individuals.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership, external stakeholders, and contracted service providers to oversee implementation of program plans and active treatment programs.
• Adhere to Devereux Philosophy of Care, Center Procedures, Standards of Conduct and regulatory requirements.
• Consult with Human Resources on employee relations, recruitment, and retention.
