The role emphasizes staff development, crisis intervention, and ongoing training. A Bachelor’s in a human services field with related experience is required, plus supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services discipline with related credits and two+ years direct care experience.
• Minimum two years of direct care experience in a residential setting.
• One year of supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to direct care staff and monitor daily operations of the program.
• Ensure safety and well-being of children in care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and professional standards.
• Provide crisis prevention and intervention support to staff.
• Participate in orientation of new employees and ongoing training.
