Job summary

Devereux is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead direct support professionals and oversee daily operations across residential facilities in Berwyn, DevOn, West Chester and Downingtown, PA. You’ll ensure quality services align with our philosophy of care and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in human services, at least three years of relevant experience, and supervisory exposure. A valid driver’s license is required, with a passion for helping adults with special needs.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services.
• Three (3) years of human service experience required.
• At least one (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct support professionals and direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility(s).
• Ensure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the individuals; adhere to the Center Procedures and regulatory requirements.
