Adult Services is looking for a QIDP Supervisor for our Community Residential Homes, which provides housing and care for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. As a QIDP Supervisor you will direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility to assure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health , and safety needs of the Individuals in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, established Center Procedures, Standards of Conduct, Best Practices, and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with Center Leadership, external stakeholders, and contracted serivce providers to oversee implementation of program plans and active treatment programs consist of needed interventions and services to support the achievement of the objectives identified in the individual program plan. Consults with Human Resources on employee relations, recruitment, and retention The schedule for this position is 8:30-5pm Monday-Friday with an on call rotation New Rate $51,500- $58,710 Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Adult Services provides programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our main campus is located in Berwyn PA. Some lifting and/or managing resistance required related to applying physical intervention techniques upwards of 75-100 lbs. or more. Some repetitive wrist/hand movements, normal hearing and vision.
