Job summary

The Eden Ii School for Autistic Children, Inc. seeks a dedicated QIDP to oversee clinical and residential services, ensuring each consumer engages in an integrated active treatment program in residence.

You will assist the Clinical Coordinator with scheduling team meetings and develop clear, objective goals based on individual needs. You will regularly review consumer data, perform assessments to identify needs, strengths, and weaknesses, and complete Residential Habilitation Plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services field; Master’s preferred.
• At least 2 years' experience with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Working knowledge of applied behavior analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and operational services for consumers in residence.
• Develop goals for consumers based on individual needs.
• Provide training to staff and monitor implementation of each consumer's program plan.
• Assist Clinical Coordinator in scheduling team meetings.
• Complete Residential Habilitation Plans.
• Review consumer data and progress regularly.
