Job description

Bellwood Developmental Center, an 82-bed ICF/DD Facility, is looking for an experienced, creative, and dependable Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) to join our dynamic, caring, progressive, and close-knit community.$4,000 Sign-on Bonus available! Competitive Salaries!

The QIDP must be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of our residents. The QIDP coordinates and implements service plans.

QIDP Responsibilities:

The QIDP is responsible for the overall services provided to the residents served at Bellwood Developmental Center. This includes for assigned participants: implementation of Person-Centered Plans, participating in the development of behavioral plans, and other job duties as a QIDP.

Qualifications:

1. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or another related field.
2. Minimum of 1 year working with the DD population is required.
3. Experience developing activities and working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
