Job summary

The VELUX Group is hiring a QHSE&E Support Specialist in Wells, ME. This on-site role provides administrative and operational support to the Division Director, QHSE&E Engineers, and Specialists, ensuring coordinated QHSE&E initiatives across local teams.

The position involves data management, reporting, training coordination, and acting as a central contact for QHSE&E inquiries. Hours are Monday–Thursday, 6:00 am–4:30 pm, with an hourly starting range of $25.15–$29.23.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• Two years of administrative support or data coordination experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with QHSE&E systems and data reporting is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with QHSE&E contractors and external service providers.
• Maintain, organize, and archive QHSE&E records, manuals, and documentation.
• Arrange meetings and training sessions; prepare agendas, materials, and minutes.
• Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Track audit, inspection, and incident follow-up actions with owners.
