Job summary

VELUX Group is seeking a detail-oriented QHSE&E Support Specialist to coordinate programs across divisions and local teams in Wells, ME. You will manage data, documents, reports and training materials to ensure consistent quality, health, safety, environmental, and energy initiatives.

The role emphasizes effective communication, data accuracy, and timely action tracking with responsibilities spanning meetings, audits, and incident follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate QHSE&E activities with contractors and internal teams.
• Maintain and archive QHSE&E records and documentation.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and regular data analyses for stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and training materials for QHSE&E programs.
