Job summary

Coforge is seeking an experienced QE Engagement Lead / Test Manager with service delivery across Retail, Finance & Supply Chain, Digital/OMS/CRM, and Platform Automation. The role is based in Manhattan Beach, CA and requires 15+ years of experience in software testing and QE leadership.

Lead end-to-end QE engagement, establish integrated test strategies, govern releases, and drive automation adoption while effectively managing stakeholders and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 14+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Engineering.
• 5+ years in QE Manager
• Strong experience in Test frameworks and tools.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and DevOps environments.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and customer management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end QE service delivery across Retail, Finance & Supply Chain, Digital/OMS/CRM, and Platform Automation.
• Serve as the single accountable interface for delivery, governance, stakeholder communication, risks, and escalations.
• Establish an integrated test strategy covering functional, automation, mobile, POS, and omnichannel assurance.
• Govern transition waves, knowledge transfer, shadowing, reverse shadowing, and readiness signoffs before ownership transfer.
• Participate in and own operational and service reviews, presenting KPI performance, release risks, staffing, automation progress, and improvement actions.
• Coordinate release-readiness and go/no-go recommendations using test evidence, defect exposure, reconciliation status, and residual risk.
