Qualitest is seeking a QE Lead (Automation) in the United States to guide functional testing and automation for a life insurance policy administration project. You will mentor a diverse QE team across onshore/offshore and drive test strategy, data, and defect management.

Expertise in Selenium, Postman, Agile, and CI/CD, plus strong insurance domain knowledge, are required to deliver high-quality software for clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in QE/QA with 4+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance policy lifecycle and payments workflows.
• Hands-on automation with Selenium and API testing with Postman.

Responsabilités

• Lead QE planning and execution for the new shared service operating model.
• Define and manage functional test plans, automation frameworks, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and client stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Build and maintain automation test suites for UI, SIT, and E2E validation.
• Oversee test data management, environments, and test execution cycles.
• Drive defect management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and manage QE team members across onshore/offshore locations.
