Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis is seeking a Technician - QC - IAPI to perform accurate testing of lab samples under GMP guidelines. You will execute analyses (HPLC, UPLC, GC) and participate in SPV of data, with emphasis on documentation, data accuracy, and safety.

The role involves routine lab activities, troubleshooting, and mentoring others. Associates degree or 2+ years GMP lab experience are required; travel not noted. Compensation includes hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a science field or 2+ years GMP lab experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency with computer systems including LIMS and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a regulated lab with PPE and safety requirements.
• Strong math, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform sample analysis using HPLC, UPLC, GC, and titrations per procedures.
• Enter data and review own work for accuracy per GMP standards.
• Verify (SPV) analytical data of other analysts as required.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and troubleshoot equipment.
• Train and mentor lab colleagues where applicable.
