Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis is seeking a Technician – QC – IAPI to perform accurate testing of routine lab samples under GMP guidelines. You will participate in second-person verification of data, support investigations, and help maintain equipment calibrations.

The role requires an Associate degree or 2+ years GMP analytical lab experience, proficiency with LIMS and MS Office, and the ability to work a 12-hour rotating night shift. Lilly offers comprehensive benefits and a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years in GMP analytical lab.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time (no visa sponsorship).
• Proficiency with MS Office and LIMS software.
• Able to work in a regulated lab with PPE.
• Strong math and documentation skills.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Lilly deviation and change control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate testing of routine lab samples per GMP guidelines.
• Participate in SPV of analytical data and lab investigations.
• Maintain data entry accuracy and review own work.
• Identify deviations and initiate investigations.
• Mentor more junior staff where applicable.
• Perform routine equipment qualifications/calibrations and maintenance.
