Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a Technician – QC – IAPI to perform accurate testing of routine lab samples in a GMP setting. You will participate in second person verification, assist in lab investigations, and help calibrate and maintain equipment.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent experience, strong math and documentation skills, and the ability to work a 12-hour rotating night shift. Lilly offers comprehensive benefits and a company bonus depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years in GMP analytical chemistry lab.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LIMS systems.
• Strong math, documentation, and data-review abilities.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform sample preparation and analysis (HPLC/UPLC/GC) and ensure results meet GMP standards.
• Conduct data entry and review own work for accuracy.
• Support SPV of analytical data and assist investigations.
• Identify deviations and communicate improvement opportunities.
