Job summary

Lilly, headquartered in Indianapolis, seeks a Technician – QC – IAPI to perform accurate testing of routine lab samples under GMP guidelines. You will verify data, investigate deviations, and support lab improvements while working a 12‑hour rotating night shift.

Associates degree in science or 2+ years GMP lab experience are required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LIMS, strong math, documentation, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a regulated lab

Qualifications

• Associate degree (2 yr college) in a science field or 2+ years GMP lab experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LIMS, and related systems.
• Ability to work in a regulated lab environment with PPE and safety considerations.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely testing of routine lab samples per GMP guidelines.
• Participate in second person verification (SPV) of analytical data.
• Conduct laboratory investigations and maintenance per procedures.
• Identify deviations and communicate opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in lab training and mentoring as needed.
