Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis is seeking a Technician – QC to support the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (IAPI) group. You will perform analytical testing, verify results, and contribute to data integrity under GMP guidelines, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

The role involves routine and some non-routine analyses, data review, and participation in continuous improvement, root cause investigations, and equipment qualification. Overtime and night shifts are required as part of the 12-hour schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 3–5 years of GMP analytical lab experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Verify analytical data and perform tests per procedures and GMP guidelines.
• Conduct data entry and review own work for accuracy.
• Assist in investigations and root cause analysis as needed.
• Maintain laboratory documentation and support continuous improvement.
