SRM Concrete is seeking Quality Control Technicians to help deliver top-quality ready mix concrete for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. You will perform testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished concrete, interpret results, and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with specifications.

We offer on-the-job training, shift flexibility including day and overnight, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; on-the-job training provided.
• ACI certification, or willingness to obtain it, is a plus.
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including day and overnight.
• Experience in quality control or construction materials is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished concrete.
• Interpret test results and compare to specifications and control limits.
• Conduct visual inspections of concrete products for quality compliance.
• Collaborate with production to troubleshoot quality issues.
• Maintain accurate records of tests and quality activities.
• Stay current on industry trends to improve QC processes.
