Job summary

J&J Snack Foods Corp. is seeking a QA Technician to monitor production processes, ensure compliance with SOPs, and accurately record data on designated forms at scheduled times.

You will perform routine checks (metal detector, temperatures, GMP audits), keep work areas clean, and help verify procedures are followed by staff. On-the-job training is provided; reliability and attention to detail are essential.

POSITION SUMMARY: Monitor processes per Bakers Best SOPs and written procedures. Accurately record information on designated forms and at specified times.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Make certain all paperwork is filled out properly and neatly.
• Perform necessary checks at the designated times such as metal detector, internal temperature, freezer temperature checks, etc.
• Perform daily GMP audit and report findings to supervisor.
• Monitor personnel to make sure they are following proper procedures.
• Communicate any issues with supervisor.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
